The Story of Miller's Purely MapleFall of 1995 found us buying a complete operation from a retiring farmer. So began our adventure into the maple industry. Our success has surpassed even our wildest expectations. That first year in business, we tapped 600 trees and made 180 gallons of pure maple syrup. Since that short time, we have aggressively expanded and upgraded. To date, our operation boasts 3000 taps and an annual yield between 700 and 800 gallons of syrup. We desire to make superior quality syrup. In that effort, we use the best equipment available to deliver the sap from the maple tree to your table. Only food grade plastic and stainless steel come in contact with the sap in the sugarin' process, preventing any introduction of lead into the syrup. Modern equipment and technology have enabled us to produce prize-winning maple products for a world hungry for the taste of PURE maple. This little part-time business continues to grow. Our goal over the next few years is to reach beyond 1000 gallons of pure maple syrup made each year on our farm. We would like to "hook" you on the taste of pure maple. It's the ideal choice for today's healthy eaters. Pure maple syrup is fat-free, preservative-free, additive-free and it also contains amino acids and vitamins in trace amounts. |
